A bay of distinction — where the few come together
An all-in-one bay township of 33.8 ha · over 1 km of exclusive beachfront · beside the Hòn Tre cable car station
“Where every inch of land holds its own value”
In resort capitals around the world, affluent buyers settle where the city meets the water — the point at which people, capital and international culture keep crossing paths.
Marina Bay Residences
At the heart of a working harbour — the benchmark for luxury living, home to a community of executives and senior expatriates.

Property as an asset to pass on — the Ngọc Trai residential quarter, with two private beaches of ~2.14 ha at the doorstep.
Commerce — an engine that generates cash flow
Millions of visitors a year, drawn by the Hòn Tre ecosystem and by a resort city that has been running for more than 20 years.
